Hello Everyone, I am working on a mini humanoid that has 14 MX-64 and 10 MX- 28 dynamixel servos. However, i am having issues picking the right battery for this system. I would gladly appreciate any help on this battery sizing issue
With that many actuators, it will be hard to find a “single-battery” solution that can be “mounted” on your humanoid robot as this battery would be so big and heavy that it would make your robot’s walking gait solution very hard to design for. Are you thinking about a multiple-batteries solution integrated into the humanoid structure of your robot?
If you are stuck with a single-battery option, you will have to think about a “tethering” solution between the robot per-se and its big static battery (which you can find in the marine/boat or automotive sectors easily).
