Motor Simulink (system model block)

I saw this picture in the e-manual http://emanual.robotis.com/assets/images/dxl/mx/mx-12_pid_control.png I need the system block to compare the results that I am getting from the hardware in loop HIL with the result from this system block , what does that block represent is it like a physical model (equation based ) ?

The controller block diagram is opened as a reference to describe how the controller works based on the various input parameters.
