About [TxRxResult] There is no status packet!

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the use of several MX series motors. My connection setup is as follows:
12V Carbon Zinc Batteries → MX-106R → MX-106R → MX-64AR → MX-64AR → MX-28AR → MX-28AR → USB2DYNAMIXEL → PC

After connecting the battery, when the motors’ LEDs flash, I tried using the CPP Read Write Protocol 1.0 example from the Dynamixel SDK to move the motors. However, I encountered the following messages:
Succeeded to open the port!
Succeeded to change the baudrate!
[TxRxResult] There is no status packet!
Press any key to continue. (Press [ESC] to exit)

I also tried scanning the motors using Wizard 2.0 and the Robotis software, but it couldn’t detect any information. Next, I attempted a firmware recovery, but it didn’t work.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this?

Please attach a photo of your connection setup.
Also, disconnect all motors and connect them one by one to check if they can be detected or if firmware recovery works in Wizard 2.0.

yeah, i do one by one to scan motor information, but i can’t scan any information on it.And then i try to firmware recovery one by one, but it shows like this and can’t move on to the next step.
