The Virtual Remote Controller in the Off-Line Version of R-BLOCK does not send out the usual 0 message (once, as it should) when all RC buttons are released.
The On-Line R-BLOCK Virtual Remote Controller and the physical RC-300 are working fine for this function.
Enclosed is the code I used to test this issue.
