I just update my TASK 2 to the newest version 2.3.8 and I had to run as Administrator in order to download my TASK code.
Otherwise TASK 2.3.8 seems to be working OK!

Sincerly sorry for your inconvenience,
Our software engineer is looking into the issue, and it will be updated once we found the issue for v2.3.8, which seems strange. (When we build the code in local enviroment, it does not produce the same downloading issue. Maybe this is caused by the Windows Update, or software distributing issue)
As you noticed, please use the R+Task 2.0 with Admin right.
