I want to ask where I can find the list of configuration items for turtlebot3 (except in the source code), and where I can find the reasonable range of values for each configuration item?

What kind of configuration are you looking for?
Some parameters are built in to the firmware or source code as we provide TurtleBot3 as an offiicial platform for ROS.

Some examples such as SLAM or Navigation tuning parameters can be found from the eManual below.
