Would you be able to provide some more information about the kind of issues you are experiencing?

  1. What program or example are you trying to run?
  2. Does the red light on the back of the AX12 blink when you connect it to power?
  3. Do you have an LN101 or BT410 that can be used to access the serial monitor output?
