Controlling the MAX-E2 using R+Engineer

Does anyone know what could be causing my robot to not follow commands? When controlled by the R+ Engineer app and commanded to “get up” or “walk”, my MAX-E2 twists and turns instead of following the command. I’m not sure if what could be causing this problem is the coding or a missing piece.

These types of weird movement issues are usually due to actuators being in the wrong position or orientation.

Verifying your assembly with assembly check mode in the engineer app will let you know if any of the actuators are in the wrong positions. For servo orientation, refer to the assembly manual to ensure that the servo horns are pointed the correct direction when installed.
