Can dynamixel servo motor communicate with other device via RS485 ?
For example. Dynamixel-x can communicate with PLC via RS485 without going through U2D2.
DYNAMIXEL Servo:
DYNAMIXEL servos can communicate directly with other devices over RS485.
However, DYNAMIXEL servos utilize half-duplex serial communications. If the device that you intend to communicate with only supports full-duplex RS485, then you’ll need a half-duplex conversion circuit. We have examples of our recommended circuit diagram for this available on our eManual.
