MX-64-R self-Diagnosis problem

Issue Description && Additional Information/Attachments

  1. There are 3 MX64 servos here, and there is a problem with the self-Diagnosis:
  2. Use the DYNAMIXEL Wizard 2.0 software to search for the steering gear, and you can find it. The results of using the self-test function are as follows.
    One:

    Device Temperature : 25 [*C]Input Voltage :0 [V
    LED is OK.
    x Calibration is not ok.
    x Position Accuracy is not ok.(Threshold is not under 10)x Velocity is below specification.(Reference: 63 [rev/min])

Two:

Device Temperature : 21 [°C]
Input Voltage :0 [V]
LED is OK.
x Calibration is not ok.
Position Accuracy is ok.(Threshold is under 10)
Velocity is ok.(Reference: 63 [rev/min])

Diagnosis Result
Device Temperature : 30 [*c]
Input Voltage : 12.3 [V LED is OK
x Calibration is not ok
x Position Accuracy is not ok.(Threshold is not under 10)
x Velocity is below specification.(Reference: 63 [rev/min])

Hi @kay880

Please try updating the firmware of MX-64 to the latest version (41) and check again.
According to the diagnosis results, some of them doesn’t correctly provide power to the motor, which may be caused by damaged controllers.
