I am using windows and Arduino IDE. The opencr board is not recognized. I have tried the firmware recovery option mentioned in the manual. It is not working .
Please inform me about other options to solve the issue.

Have you tried updating bootloader?
Also check if there’s any hardware damage on the board, especially near the micro USB connector.
