Is there a way to run r+ task 3.0 on Ubuntu?

I don’t use Ubuntu, so this is only a guess. This link shows how to create a Virtual Windows 10 on Ubuntu.

As TASK 3 is a Windows Application, so maybe then you can install TASK 3 in that Virtual Box? Or maybe TASK 2? What kind of ROBOTIS Controllers do you plan to use: CM-530, CM-550?

Have you considered using Dynamixel SDK on Linux?

I’ve got good results using DXL SDK on RPi-4B.
