Issue Description

Would appreciate any additional clarification on the steps provided from the official E_manual (image posted below).
More specifically, what is the sequence in which I need to run the illumination file and the bringup command? Also, how am I supposed to run both commands on the same Remote PC and the Raspberry Pi? Since it is not possible to do both on the open_cr.
