Fully assembled Turtlebot3 Waffle Pi with RPI4 and OpenCR1.0

Issue Description

My RPI4 does not recognize it has WiFi built in and so never gets an IP address when booting.

Additional Information/Attachments

I have 4 Raspberry PI4 computers in various platforms and projects. They ALL connect to WiFi network and get IP addresses assigned in every project and configuration. NONE of them seem to work in my Turtlebot3. Hmmmmm. Curious. I’m at a loss to look for help. I continue starting projects and successfully connecting to WiFi except in the Turtlebot3. Am I hallucinating or just dropped into the Twilight Zone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting that the tb3_rpi4_foxy sd card image is the common thread. I installed Ubuntu 20.04 Server with no desktop on my card and it works just fine getting an IP address in the tb3. Now I’m left with methodically building the foxy environment with turtlebot3 packages which apparently is all done for you in the image. It doesn’t appear that it’s going to be easy but it’s all I have.
