A complete newbie here. I am trying to connect a Dynamixel XL330-M077-T motor to U2D2 power hub board. This is part of the cyberrunner project where two motors have to be connected. When we connect the motors with short 10 cm JST PH 3-pin cable the motors are detected by scanning with Dynamixel Wizard. But, when we try to connect one of the motors with a longer 40 cm JST PH 3-pin cable, no motor is detected! We tried connecting even a single motor and scanning with different baud rates… no detection with the longer cable. We have tested the connectivity of the three wires in the 40 cm cable with a multimeter and there seems to be no issue with connectivity. Can someone please help solve this mysterious problem?
