What kind of IMU is in the Turtlebot3?

Hello.
Since I am planning on a little project for my university with the turtlebot3 burger/waffle which will concentrate mostly on the IMU sensor, I wanted to ask what specific IMU is in the turtlebot? I need that for my theoretical part of the work.

According to the ROBOTIS e-Manual information at this link

The IMU is listed as ICM20648 (i.e. from TDK InvenSense)
