XM540-W270-R - Arduino

Hello together!

I am looking for a suitable servmotor for my project. Now I came across the XM540-W270-R and see that this has a RS485 interface. Can I communicate with the servo motor via the microcontroller Arduino Uno? I think that I still need an extra shield that supports RS485 or?
