First, you need to make sure that ONE and only ONE application such as TASK, MOTION or MANAGER is accessing the robot at any one time, because they all use the same COM Port, and most Operating Systems only allow one COM Port per Application.
If that does not help, how is your PC connected to the robot? Wired or Wireless Connection?
