Cant locate gcc-5

i was following the Quick Start Guide for Raspberry Pi (C language) (DYNAMIXEL Quick Start Guide for Raspberry Pi (C language) - YouTube) and the I get an error message of unable to locate gcc-5.
Someone can help me?

If you have been keeping your RPi OS up to date you already have the latest gcc which is newer than v5 as shown in that old video anyway. Just skip that step and go on with the other steps.
