In my opinion, determining whether an Overload Error has occurred in ShutDown(63) seems to depend on whether the Following Error in Moving Status(123) is 0 or 1. Therefore, I would like to know the criteria for determining when a Following Error occurs in Moving Status(123), specifically when the Dynamixel is deemed to be unable to follow the desired position trajectory.
