Darwin OP2 with ROS package

안녕하세요. Darwin OP2를 갖고 연구를 해보려고 하는 학생입니다. Darwin OP2에서 ros를 사용하기 위해서는 Linux Mint 17.3 version을 설치해서 사용하라고 e-manual에 적혀있어서 main controller에 이를 설치해서 사용하려고 하니 demo program이 로딩이 안되고(노란색 LED가 켜지지 않음) ’ ```

You mentioned that you are using a fresh install of Linux Mint. Are you using the provided recovery files from the eManual to do this installation?

No. Recovery files that you provided on eManual are for lunbuntu12.04. But, you recommanded linux mint 17.3 (rosa) - xfce(32-bit) for using ROS on eManual. So, I made my own boot USB using linux mint 17.3 image file.

  • The default OP demo programs are only included in the provided recovery files. I’d recommend trying out those following the recovery instructions on the eManual.

  • Would you be able to point me to where you found the reccomendation for Linux Mint on our eManual? That information may be out of date.
