Dynamixel Wizard Does Not See Any Device

Issue:

Scanning devices comes blank in DYNAMIXEL Wizard 2.0 version 2.1.5.7

U2D2 is recognized and blinks while scanning.
OpenRb150 is recognized and blinks while scanning.
XC330 blinks once red when powered, if voltage too low blinks on repeat.
I tried powered by USB and externally.
I tried two different XC330-M288.
I tried AX-12A.
I tried different USB cables.
I tried different USB ports.
I tried different TTL cables.
I tried different serial port settings.

DYNAMIXEL Servo:

XC330-M288-T and AX-12A

DYNAMIXEL Controller:

OpenRB150 and U2D2.

Software Interface:

Windows 10
DYNAMIXEL WIZARD 2.0 2.1.5.7

Resolved.

I needed to limit my scan range. If the scan range is too wide it finds nothing, if you just scan 0-8 at the right baud it finds the servo. Both servos show up if I scan for just a few addresses.
