IMHO the part needs to be replaced, so I issued RMA form (I also forwarded copy of it to contactus2@robotis.com e-mail) but have no answser since September 12th 2024

It’s my understanding that the Korean office is on holiday this week. You should expect to hear a response from them as soon as they return to the office.
