[TB3] TurtleBot3 AutoRace with Gazebo

Hi everyone :slight_smile:
I introduce the Gazebo environment and AutoRace packages for Gazebo.
This is a simulation of TurtleBot3 AutoRace R-BIZ Challenge 2017 competition in Korea.

Many teams participated in this competition and showed high-level skills. The competition will be held this year.

There are four missions.

  1. Traffic light mission
  2. Parking mission
  3. Toll gate mission
  4. Tunnel mission
