Turtlebot3 noetic에서 Autonomous Driving의 SBC camera install 문제

안녕하세요. 터틀봇3 noetic에서 이메뉴얼의 자율주행에서 sbc에 카메라를 설치하는 중 문제가 발생하여 문의 남깁니다.
마지막의 $ sudo apt install ros-noetic-cv-camera를 하면,
게속하여 e: unable to locate package ros-noetic-cv-camera과 같은 에러가 발생하는데,
apt get update나 lock을 풀어도 해결이 안되더라구요.
혹시 해결법이 있을까요?
