Hi! I have two WindowX 6D0F arms using the U2D2. In Dynamixel Wizard 2.0, I can’t see the dynamixel engines.
When I try to recover the firmware from engines, the software accuses a bootloader error. Does this error refer to U2D2?

During this firmware restoration process are both WidowX arms connected to the PC at the same time?
It’s possible the units not being detected is due to an overlap in the assigned IDs for the servos in the two arms overlapping. Try connecting the arms one at a time to see if that resolves the issue.
Connecting only one servo at a time should also help with the firmware restoration process.
Thanks for answer Jonathon. I was able to update the firmwares individually (I disassembled the arm and updated engine by engine).
