So I have these XL330-M288 servos. I have 13 of them total. They used to be daisy linked and worked great. I am connecting them to U2D2 Power Hub Board Set. Recently I tried moving the servos from the software and all were flashing red. Usually resetting them would fix the problem but not this time.
Here is the setup for context:
The micro usb is connected to my PC (mac, i tried on ubuntu 22.04 and windows 11) all same results and its powered from the terminal block power connectors to a powersupply.
We usually set it at 5v, but maybe it was set 20V by accident for a few minutes. All the servos can still be read and seen by the software, however when we try and move them it does not. It’s stuck at its position and then the red light start blinking. We tested a brand-new servo, of same type and that one worked fine. We tested the servos individually and removed the horn and stuff and still same results would be fixed in one spot and not move. Can anyone help? What might be wrong. Most of the servos are on 400000 but some on lower ones. Does this matter? The self diagnostic and the recovery tool along with factory reset and simple reset we tried. Also we tried lowering and increasing current and changing powersupply. On the software i can see it move slightly from like 182.45 deg to 182.10 deg for example but that’s it.
