XM430-W350-R rotating only in one direction

Hi,

I’m using XM430-W350-R for a gripper and now the motor is not working. I tried to move it manually then it rotates in one direction only. When I tried to get position and other parameters using dynamixel wizard then it gives and takes all parameters but motor is not moving.

Can you help me whether what can be the cause of it.?

There is a possibility of a firmware or settings problem.
After performing firmware recovery, perform an operation test.
You can also check the product status through self-diagnosis.
If the problem is not resolved, we recommend RMA.
