DYNXAMIXEL model: XM430-W350-T
Phenomenon: The servo control is normal, but sometimes it cannot be found when searching. The servo is self-checked and the display is normal. However, when the servo firmware is repaired, the servo firmware cannot be repaired.
The official U2D2 is used, and there is no problem in testing other servos. The repair operation can be completed on other servos, but this servo cannot be repaired.
It sounds like there may be an issue with the communications hardware on this specific DYNAMIXEL. I’d recommend looking into getting this servo repaired before communication reliability gets worse or fails completely.
