저도 위와 같은 문제가 발생하여 펌웨어를 복구하려고 U2D2 를 구매했으나,
XL-320에 맞는 TTL단자가 U2D2 및 U2D2 PHB 에 없어 연결이 불가능한 상황입니다.
XL-320 은 어떻게 펌웨어를 복구할 수 있나요?

If you want to use the U2D2 to recover the firmware of an XL-320, you’ll need to use a XL-320 Convertible Cable, see this link:
This cable will go between an XL-320 DXL Port and the U2D2 3-pin Port. However and strangely, I cannot find this cable on the Korean Web Shop.
ROBOTIS has prepared this YouTube video for using U2D2 for Firmware Recovery of any servo:
I have tried to go this route with my equipment (see picture below) and I failed all my trials so far with the U2D2 + XL-320 and Dynamixel Wizard 2.
So I won’t recommend that you go the U2D2 approach in this case.
ROBOTIS also prepared a tutorial for recovering firmware using the 904:
For your case, I am supposing that you are setting up your system this way - remember only 1 XL-320 at a time
Also make sure that your Dynamixel Channel on the Control Table of the Open-904 is set to 0.
When the step that asks you to unplug/replug the actuator cable comes up, it is best to disconnect and reconnect at the 904’s connector. Do not turn power OFF and ON at the power switch of the 904 - this approach does not work.
Most important, the XL-320 is very finicky, you may have to repeat the recovery process several times before you can succeed:
